  • What does "Frontward" and "Backward" mean?

    Frontward means the main design is on the front, Backward has the main design on the back.

    Different people have different body types, shapes, and sizes! Some may prefer a large design on front, some prefer it on the back. Our goal is to let everyone have that option.

  • When will you ship my item?

    Our goal is to have the order shipped no less than 2 weeks after order date.

    Tiny Batch Tees is a one woman operation, and so we ship as often as we can. Typically this means once or twice a week depending on how many orders we have. Sometimes our materials have delays, and if it will impact any customers’ shipping time by more than 5 buisness days, they will be alerted via email.

  • I'm an artist! Can I work with you guys and sell shirts too?

    Absolutely! Just submit your design and we will take care of the rest!

    Our artist license terms are on average 50/50 splits on profit, but can definitely be changed to fit your needs. You can reach out at contact@tinybatchtees.com or on any of our social media accounts.

  • My design has peeled/faded/ripped!

    We have a 1 year guarantee of image quality under normal wear circumstances.

    Tiny Batch Tees tries its hardest to make the highest quality products, so in the case of any major image deformation from regular use, please email us at contact@tinybatchtees.com for a replacement. We are NOT liable for tears, pulls, rips of the actual shirt material, however.

  • What are "normal wear circumstances"?

    Our shirts are rated to 60+ washes, and like all graphic tees, should NOT be ironed!

    Normal wear circumstances means that you should be washing your items on medium or lower heat, no ironing or steaming on the image face, and stored at normal room temperature. We do not offer refunds in the case that your merchandise was NOT treated with basic respect!

  • Upgrade Policy

    All purchases qualify for a FREE* upgrade to our newest version!

    In the event that we change, alter, or otherwise update a design/product, it will be labeled as V2 (Version 2) or higher! If you see a new version of a product you have already bought, please email us at contact@tinybatchtees.com so we can give you your complimentary upgrade, *just pay shipping!
